Stillness in Sound with Crystal Singing Bowls

A restorative 45-minute crystal singing bowl experience designed to slow the body, quiet the mind, and create space for deep rest. Each gathering combines the gentle tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls with breathwork, mindfulness, and guided relaxation to help you settle, reset, and reconnect.

Light aromatherapy may be incorporated to create a calming and restorative atmosphere and is always optional.

Come as you are—no experience is needed. Mats, bolsters, and pillows are provided. Bring a blanket, eye pillow, or anything else you would like to be warm and comfortable.
